Return Conditions

Eligibility for Return:

Products can be returned within 14 days of the purchase date if they are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

If the product has a defect or technical issue, it may be eligible for a warranty claim after the 14-day return period.

Process for Returns:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at hocotechuae@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Returns must be shipped back to us with the RMA number clearly marked on the package. We recommend using a traceable shipping method.


Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed for the original product price only. Delivery charges and processing fees are non-refundable.
  • Refunds will be issued within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned product.


Warranty Policy

Exchanges

Exchanges for Defective Products:
If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item. We will facilitate an exchange at no additional cost.

Exchanges for Non-Defective Products:
Non-defective products can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase, provided they are unopened and in original packaging. A restocking fee may apply.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:
